DMCA & Takedown Policy
How to request removal of content you believe infringes your rights.
Every Body Amsterdam respects intellectual property rights. We respond to clear, specific takedown requests for content that genuinely infringes a third party's copyright, image rights, or other personal rights.
What we publish
Every photograph is of the person on whose profile it appears, taken with her agreement. When someone leaves the roster her profile and pictures come down. If you believe a photograph published on this site is yours and was used without permission, the takedown procedure below applies. The booking terms say what else the house publishes.
Takedown request
Send a notice in writing to [email protected], containing:
- A clear identification of the work or image you believe to be infringed.
- The exact URL of the page where the alleged infringement appears.
- Your name and a contact channel where we can reach you for clarification.
- A statement, made in good faith, that you believe the use is unauthorised.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on the rights holder's behalf.
Our response
We acknowledge takedown notices within forty-eight hours. Where the request is clear and substantiated, we remove the contested content while the matter is reviewed. Counter-notices from the original publisher (typically the therapist herself) are processed in the same timeframe.
Bad-faith notices
Notices that are knowingly false, abusive, or designed to harass a therapist on the roster will be rejected, and where one may be a criminal offence the house may report it to the police. We are not a venue for personal disputes.
Right of reply
If content is removed and the original publisher disputes the removal, they have the right to file a counter-notice. We will reinstate the content if no follow-up action is taken within ten days of the counter-notice.
Hosting
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare's own takedown procedures apply in addition to ours and are documented at cloudflare.com/abuse.

Give the building or the district, the hour you want her there and how long for. Anything about your own body that changes how the room should be set goes in the same message, and it is read as a practical note rather than as an apology.
