A false booking, and the several things it is not
A false booking is one made under somebody else's name, from somebody else's number or account, or sent as a prank, and a missed door alone is none of those.
Four descriptions, and a request has to match one of them. The name on it belongs to somebody else. It came from a number or an account that is not yours. It was written as a prank. Or nobody answered the door, following one of the first three.
An unanswered door on its own
That is not a false booking. A guest who arranged an hour honestly and then did not appear has made a late cancellation, read on the notice scale exactly like any other late message. Guests who are nervous about their own bodies do occasionally freeze at the last moment, and the house treats that as a cancellation rather than as bad faith.
The note, and its limits
Where a request does match one of the four, or where a visit closed because a stated limit was pushed at, a short note is kept inside the house for a year. It records the date, what happened, and the name and number the request came under. It goes nowhere outside and settles one question only, which is whether a further booking under that name is taken. Give the building or the district, the hour you want her there and how long for. Anything about your own body that changes how the room should be set goes in the same message, and it is read as a practical note rather than as an apology.
